Bill Collins (1924-2013) passed away on Dec. 31, 2013 at the age of 89. Collins was primarily known for his talent in the cutting industry and being the first Canadian inducted into the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame in 2007. Collins was a great advocate for the industry and will dearly be missed.
